What is happening?
We are upgrading our billing portal to its latest release.
Scope
The upgrade applies to the billing portal web site only.
Q&A
Will my site go down when this upgrade occurs?
No, your site will have no effect on this upgrade.
How will this affect me, as a client?
You will not be able to login to the billing portal while the upgrade is in progress. And since our support ticketing system is run from our billing portal support tickets will not be able to be replied to until the upgrade is complete.
When will this upgrade take place and how long will it take?
This upgrade is scheduled to start Monday Feb 16th, 2009 at 11:30pm. Its maintenance window is from 11:30pm to 12:30am, but it’s only estimated to take 15 minutes to complete.
